Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can I actually get a workers comp COI?
Most applicants receive their certificate of insurance the same business day they submit their information — often within 2–4 hours. Coverage begins the day your first payroll runs through the PEO program.
What industries qualify for same-day COI?
We issue same-day certificates for construction (all trades), roofing, towing, trucking, agriculture, home health, staffing, and cleaning. These are the industries most often declined or delayed by traditional carriers — our PEO program specializes in them.
Is there a deposit required?
No. Our PEO workers comp program has no deposit requirement. You pay a one-time $875 setup fee and then pay premium with each payroll run based on actual wages — no large upfront payment.
Can I add additional insureds to my COI?
Yes. You can add your general contractor, property owner, or any other required additional insured to your certificate at no extra charge. We can update and reissue your COI the same day you request it.
What if I have prior claims or a high EMod?
Our PEO program does not use your individual experience modification factor. Your coverage is written under the PEO's master policy, which means prior claims history and high EMod scores do not disqualify you.
Do you cover new businesses with no prior insurance history?
Yes. New businesses with no prior workers comp history are welcome. The PEO program does not require a minimum time in business or prior policy history.
